Cocas
Coca is a Spanish flatbread which is typical in Balearics, Valencia, Catalonia or Murcia. Coca is a relative of pizza, flammkuchen and other flat breads in the Mediterranean.
Our home-made dough has a slow fermentation of 48h, after which the dough is stretched and freshly baked. It is simultaneously soft and crunchy, and filled with fresh quality products.
